Did I ever tell you how I consistently misspelled one character's name in the first yuletide fic I ever wrote? I must have read Cyteen at least five times and it took having a conversation out loud, in person (like some kind of caveman) with someone else who had read it before I realized it was Catlin and not Caitlyn.
